Frankly, I know nuts about cars not even a bicycle. Yet, I just couldn’t help falling in love with BMW X6 the moment it appeared in front of my eyes. My years of experience working in software house have led me to face many types of bosses. Some were a pain to deal with, but fortunately that I had mostly good ones to look after me. As I moved into sales and marketing, I noticed that bosses tend to be particularly more inclined to build a good rapport with the sales people.

Somehow, most Management level naturally think that sales teams were the crux of a firm, and therefore, bosses made sure that the sales persons were well taken care. His actions are always seen threatening to employees, however, he rarely goes overboard. This is because he is feeling insecure and fearful of losing his grip on the employees with too much of intimidation, resulting in overlooked mistakes by his employees. He is one reserved person by nature.

Ideally, he is the best boss to have running a company as he handles both the management and his employees efficiently. Every company prefers this type of bosses because they have positive vibes about themselves, and make the company believe that they can produce results even in the midst of a crisis.
