- 1 copy of approval letter from bank (if your vehicle is still under bank loan)
Please ensure the ‘cancelled’ stamp is on the front page of the vehicle grant, if your bank loan has been completed.

Will I be able to send the vehicle if the vehicle summon has not been settled ?
Yes, your vehicles can be delivered without any problems.
My vehicle has been modified in terms of body kit and a dark mirror, can my vehicle be delivered without action by JPJ or Traffic Police?
Shipping your vehicles, involves customs authorities only, and the vehicle will not be checked by the JPJ nor the Traffic Police.
If I was no longer bound by the bank and credit (depleted pay), do I need to obtain a letter of release from the bank?
No, you do not need a release letter from the bank.
How to get a letter of release from the bank?
It is encouraged for you to bring along documentation which explains why you are being transferred to the said location. This will facilitate obtaining a letter of release from the bank.
What type of ship is used to bring my vehicle?
The vessel we use to transport your vehicles are specialized in carrying vehicles only. Your vehicles will not be placed in a container or in a vessel with containers.
When can I book my vehicle delivery?
It is highly encouraged to book your space on our vessels 1 month in advance as the booking fill up quickly.
Does the car owner be present when sending and taking the vehicle?
Car owners may delegate other individuals to the delivery and receiving stations. Vehicles can be sent through representatives as long as all the necessary documents were available.
If I have made a reservation for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak, where should I send my vehicle?
You will only need to send your vehicle to our office and we will arrange to deliver the vehicle to port.
Are the costs listed in the table includes customs clearance?
Yes. all the costs listed include customs clearance. You have to pay no extra money again for the delivery of you vehicle.
Can I ship my personal items into the car?
You should not pack any personal items into the vehicle. But if you do pack personal items into the car, we will not be held liable for any losses or damages to the personal items.
